Hurray for Soccer...

Emme had her first "real" soccer match today.  They play 3 on 3 for 5 minutes then switch players so that everyone gets a chance and the girls don't get too tired (or bored/sidetracked).  It was a lot of fun to watch and the girls actually did really well, I was pleasantly surprised.  Emme even scored a goal and had quite a few really good passes.  If you'd like to see more pictures, check out my blog here.

Calvin also started soccer.  He won't have any matches, just four 1 hour long practices.  Last week was his first practice and he got pretty frustrated because he didn't want to do any drills, just kick the ball at the goal... Hopefully this coming week will go better.
